Images from the Hubble Telescope are intriguing to me. Here's one from the Veil Nebula that I animated as a video background.

To see the high-resolution or full-screen version requires a plugin called Photodex Presenter (pxplay). You may need to select "Manual Install". You can play full screen with right mouse-click. Very cool. All popular browsers are supported, but you need to be using a Windows computer. This 2-minute video is a 64MB file.
